I started Ami’s Mobile Natural Therapies to support people in feeling better in their body and mind. What began as a personal passion for fitness and natural health quickly grew into a love for helping others through personalised, hands-on care.

The more I worked with clients, the more I realised that wellness isn’t one-size-fits-all. That’s why I take the time to understand your lifestyle, goals, and needs to deliver treatments that feel personal, meaningful, and truly supportive.

What I love most about my work is seeing the shift in how people feel — whether it’s less tension, better movement, or simply taking that time for themselves. Seeing clients go from stressed or in pain to relaxed, restored, and reconnected with their body never gets old.
